What we receive
The quote form collects the contact details, location, service and enquiry text you provide. Optional fields let you add a room count, floor area in m² or volume in m³, and property photos. Photos are optional and should not show people, documents or personal information unrelated to your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use this information only to assess your enquiry, contact you, provide a quote and, if agreed, arrange the service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and the legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Storage and recipients
Your enquiry is delivered to MB HD Clean at info@hdclean.lt through website hosting and email service providers. Photos are resized and sent as email attachments; they are not published. The website does not keep a separate enquiry or photo database. Temporary photo copies are deleted when request processing finishes. Enquiry emails and attachments are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required to perform a contract or meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object where applicable. You may also complain to Lithuania's State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Abuse prevention
To protect the form against spam and excessive submissions, we use a protected identifier derived from your IP address and request timestamps. These technical records are kept in private server storage and used only for security, based on the legitimate interest in protecting the website. Expired records are cleaned automatically when later requests are processed. The hosting provider may also process access and error logs.
Analytics and cookies
The website does not use marketing cookies or advertising tracking. Visitor analytics are not enabled.
